萝莉社

Perrysburg - Walgreens has announced an expansion for its distribution center located on Oregon Road in Lake Township. The 萝莉社 was recently awarded several packages for the project which includes additions to the shipping and warehouse facilities and a connector link building. This expansion will add 395,000 of additional square footage to the existing facility, making the distribution center about 1.2 million square-feet.

GEM will be performing structural steel, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm work. RLI will be responsible for concrete, carpentry and tilt-up installation.

Both RLI and GEM have headquarters within a few miles of the Walgreens project, and  were able to compress the construction schedule approximately 4 weeks vs. the competition. Work will begin in July 2018 and will be completed in Spring 2019.

The original distribution center, completed in August 2002, was also an RLG Companies project with both RLI and GEM self-performing work.
